Frank & Matt's Birthdays - 2003

We always get together near Frank & Matt's October 1 birthdays to celebrate.  Our latest choice of restaurants is the Chart House in Alexandria on the Potomac River.  The water was lapping up to their deck during the flooding following Izzy.

The Chart House is on the left.  It is located at the Alexandria waterfront near the Torpedo Art factory.  The Alexandria harbor has docks and slips for rent.  One of the boats available for rental is the Cherry Blossom paddle wheeler.  Great place for wedding receptions and lobbists' parties.

The birthday boys!  We got Frank a tee shirt from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology when we visited Mike and Donna this summer:  Life is simple - Eat.  Sleep.  Bird.
