We went to visit Jack's nephew Mike and his wife Donna in Horseheads, NY. after leaving NYC and the blackout.
Mike and Donna live in Baron and Daphne's house. Daphne loves to eat Baron's food.
We had to ask what a "kitchen" is used for . . . .
Mike & I tried shooting close ups of a butterfly he was identifying.
The house is a barn style, but modern and very spacious.
We drove up to Montezuma NWR at the top of Seneca Lake for some birding. We met Renata in Geneva which is on the way.
Mike works at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, so we toured their new building.
Mike has a window in his cubicle, so we took pictures of him doing his "work." Which pose do you think he is in most of the day?
As we were getting ready to leave, Janet and Mike contemplated the future.
Donna does her best birding while meditating.
